We are trying to come up with a reasonable sales per labor hour goal for our deli...We make most everything from scratch and offer 2 soups, and 2 hot bar options per day plus a salad bar, 8ft of grab and go, coffee and baked goods. Any ideas of what other simular set up coops consider doable would be great!
